Went to the Sitio Catacutan hawkers' center. TV sets were on the news, featuring live broadcasts of activities at EDSA Shrine. More activities tomorrow. Residents asking whether they are planning on going. 

When my son Nelson was still alive, EDSA was the annual festivity closest to Cubao. We simply walked there. It seems, though, to have metamorphosed over the years. EDSA Day is never the same each year. It is always contingent on who the current President is.
