Ric Segreto, born September 27, 1952  passed away September 6, 1998, when his motorcycle crashed into re-bar structures on the then-being-constructed Buendia-EDSA flyover. The Cultural Section was in 395 at the time. I am sure that he was in my bedroom last night, the reason I couldn't sleep. The song "September Morn" kept playing in my head.
