Aubrey and I have been having authentic, spicy chicken Sam Yang again for two nights now, and we could not help but notice that it is a lot hotter than we remember it to be. Aubrey tried adding more water this evening, but it didn't help any.
I suspect that it's the climate--Sam Yang will always tend to be hotter in the summer. It was meant to be eaten, after all, in the harsh, Korean winter.
