1. Of your six power animals (to your left, to your right, in front of you, behind you, above you, and below you), at least one must:

--have four legs
--have six to eight legs
--have wings
--live in water
--be capable of slithering through crevices.

2. It is possible to have a second set of power animals for the quarter directions (northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest). This set should be comprised of mythical creatures.
